The Jester arrives later this week, most likely Thursday, after Update 24 is released.
Fresh off the press. It looks like we can expect U24 to be released later this week.
Just in time for me to celebrate exams being finished :)

I should clarify that we are currently targeting Wednesday for the release of Update 24, with the Jester being activated the day after.
