Been trying to log in for over an hour now after restarting due to crippling lag.

For about 30 minutes I was getting "Cleaning up old connection" but I was eventually able to get to the character select screen and am instead stuck on the load screen with no sign of an impending blue bar.

For about 30 minutes I was getting "Cleaning up old connection" but I was eventually able to get to the character select screen and am instead stuck on the load screen with no sign of an impending blue bar.

I'm in Canniith now, and can't move at all for about 20 minutes now. People have left our party and decided DDO is not a good idea right now. I'm trying to have patience, but as time goes on my confidence in Turbine to resolve this is less and less. Stability of the game on Turbine's side is an expectation of mine. I understand issues will arise, but it feels like they are becoming more frequent.

It's been one week now that I have so many problem login. And tonight it's one hour that I keep trying without success. Please fix that, no more patience, can't play while I'm paying for that

Alright. I can play DDO for now. It was refreshing to move more than 10 meters again in the marketplace uninterrupted.
