I don't know. But! Palace of Stone is a stone-flavored quest, full of stony creatures. It might drop there.

If you really wanted it closed you could probably PM Cordavan with a request; usually you can just let posts like these alone, however, so they steadily fall into the abyss (also known as the 2nd page).
