Looking for Heroic pure rogue-assassin build for a Heroic PL

I am looking for a pure rogue assassin build (INT based) that would be used for a quick and fun PL.

Goals / Objectives is to try out the assassin prestige and change up my game play to a slower, stealthier style of play, my last 6 lives have been mostly melee / specialist so I want to try a different play style for this life.

- Human race preferred (i like the dragonmark of passage as I tend to play challenges as part of my leveling path)
- going pure 20 rogue
- +3 tomes across the board
- TWF with a GS heal amp stick off hand seems to be the way to go for scroll healing
- Not interested in EE content, I may spend a few levels in Epics, but will be TR'ing around 22-23 doing EN - EH
- access to harper tree

I've seen seen the EE viable builds posted updated for U23, but these are EE builds and I won't be playing end game, only HEROIC levels.

Just pretend you're building for EE and follow the Hassan build (just look at the levels for feats and take the usual skills). It works extremely well in heroic. If you read through the thread, I think there are also a number of comments about different weapons to use as you level up.

id go with 2 fighter, str build, and khopeshes. better dps with full martial weapon proficiency in heroics with no sacrifice because the capstone is only going to help you in epics anyway.
