I don't use draconic destiny that often, so I have absolutely no right to discuss this matter. However, don't you think draconic is already so powerful by itself? That roar seems to paralyze enemies for 15 sec or shaken them. I think most people avoid using this ability since draconic is all about DPS, and each AP used in this tree requires some serious consideration. Perharps, our DDO experts can answer on this, why is it 2 min CD rather than 30 sec.
