View Full Version : You know what the worst part of submitting a ticket is?
The hope that it will get fixed in a resonable time frame. That hope has kept our VON5 group waiting for a GM answer for about 50 min and counting, when it would have been much faster to just redo it. **** hope.

It's just light hearted humour. The OP was frustrated and just needed to vent. There's no resolution that can come here, so the best we can do is express sympathy. I tried to do so in a humorous way so as to prevent the thread from going south. My purpose isn't to make anyone look like a fool, except perhaps myself.

Then what does that make me, who clicked on every song, and sang every lyric? You guys just brightened my day, so it's a positive thing nevertheless. Good thing I didn't open this link at a funeral, that would have been awkward.

The wait is what really bothers me. There is nothing you can do about it.
In my case I have been waiting almost 2 hours. After using an Epic heart of Wood, I get "you do not have enough XP to Advance" so now I am stuck on "The Bridge Between"
Can't play or advance the character and I can't walk away for fear of missing the GM, it is like being held hostage.

Until you call them, and after explaining that upon reaching lvl 20 after your Epic then Heroic Reincarnations you have full Karma but no Destiny XP (when they had previously all been maxed) and they reply that phone support can not help with your in-game issue. After further explaining that the in-game Help Screen is a blank white page, they kindly offer to submit the in-game ticket for you, so that your wait for in-game support can finally begin...
