Powerleveling from 8 to 20

is there anyone out there who would help me getting from 8 to 20 pretty fast?
its a first life and thus should be relativly fast but i simply cant level efficiently on my own^^

im just premium and thus dont own everything, but desert, GH and shadowfell are available, no necro or vale though

im online on Rileona atm, so if there is someone out there willing to help: contact me :)

since im from Germany time zones might be a problem but maybe someone will be found anyway :)

Why not enjoy the game slowly by playing in particular if this is your first life? Whats the rush?

its only the first life on that specific char so i wont miss anything by rushing it :)
