What happens to a Guild Ship and it's amenities if a guild disbands? If the leader of the guild goes to a new guild can he take the ship with him?

What happens to a Guild Ship and it's amenities if a guild disbands? If the leader of the guild goes to a new guild can he take the ship with him?

if the guild disbands, the ship goes *poof* and disappears foreva; so if the leader disbands the guild he wont have a ship to take with him/her

However, if a leader kicks everyone out of the guild, he/she can remain in the guild and keep the ship all to himself/herself.

Rather than start a new thread about amenities, I'll ask here. How many amenities can be purchased and used at the same time on a guild ship? I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I imagine it's tied to the ship size, but I can't find actual numbers.

I've looked at that room. Is it one hold room per amenity, then? More for a state room?

1 amenity per room. State rooms just hold a different type of amenity. (Some of the state room amenities are a combination of several hold rooms so you can potentially free up some space that way but you have to purchase it separately just having all the hold rooms is not enough)
