Is there any chance of Mabar returning sooner or later by the end of the year?

I mean, it's such a shame it got cut off so short last time, so I thought I'd invest more time into it this year, but no news of it for a while now.

Well, shucks, at least I got a +5 Tome, a Jack-O-Lantern, and Mabarian Head-Spider before it prematurely ended last time, though.

Mabar, as we know it has been retired. I was sad to see it go, but it had many issues that needed to be fixed, that it was probably easier for them to start over.

Good news, the New event whatever it looks like, has been stated by the Devs, will have the same gear, and I believe the same (or mostly the same) ings.... but as with anything Turbine does, what they tell us and what happens are usually very different. They also stated it should be ready sometime after the first of the year ish....

IT's suppose to be packed into U24 which is suppose to be coming out this December. However, when they will use this new "generically none seasonal" event is any ones guess. I personally like the season Event ideals, But Turbine wants to take the easy route and have a few generic ones they can toss up any time the natives are getting restless about all the bugs and issues that plague the game, and excessive wait times for patches..

I think they should bring mabar back as is. It's blatantly obvious by now that it wasn't mabar per se that was (is) at fault but something deeper in the code. At the very least, they should bring it back now to see if deathwyrm raid will still lock up at end fight.

That is just the point the Dev's made. that the time it would take to fix the broken codes in that event to make it run smooth (if that is even possible for them to do since Every event causes increased lag issues server wide), they would basically be redoing it all over anyways, and rather then have a holiday specific event they would rather (if they are going to have to do that much coding) to make one that is more universal and can be used anytime throughout the year.
