Favor Reward aberrations 15TP and missing TP

On two occasions now, I've received a mysterious 15 TP for completing a favor reward (according to the DDO Store history). I'm not exactly sure where this is coming from. Perhaps daily dice but I don't recall rolling daily dice at the time the 15 TP was credited to me?

There have also been about a dozen occasions where I was not granted any Turbine points at all for attaining 100 favor and such but Turbine Support was able to fix most of those incidents after I submitted a ticket.

Anyone else getting Turbine Point discrepancies lately? This latest 15 TP incident happened about 1 to 2 hours ago; I wonder what's up with the Favor/TP server or process that's causing these aberrations. These incidents all seem to happen around this time of day too. (the range including 2 hours before now and 4 hours after now).

Sounds odd - the favour reward ones are usually 25 TP each time iirc & you should get a mail on that character every time you get one, though iirc they changed it a little while ago to apply favour rewards on relogging?

Could also be from monster manual rewards maybe?

Ok thanks for explaining the part about the 15 TP rewards associated with monster manuals. I haven't paid much attention to those and see that they count for server-wide kills?

As for those incidents of missing TP it must have just been server hiccups. Hasn't happened lately though I'm not too worried.

They should change the description of these 15 TP in the purchase history to "Monster Manual" Reward instead of "Favor Reward" to reduce confusion.

The monster manual has 2 reward lines, 1 for account server-wide, and 1 for that specific character's current life - the character-specific one is just XP, which can be a nice little bonus & the account-wide line has TP, astral shards, cosmetic pets, loot gems & the "see monster HP" things.

And at times a Penalty!

I've lost count of the number of times now where a MM reward has killed some of the end-quest XP due to being Hard-Capped!

Thanks to a Dwarf reward {I think it was Dwarves} I lost the ENTIRE End-Quest XP AND some optional XP once!

Yeah it is annoying. MAybe they should change rewards to DD like gems. So they could be banked.
