PSA: Know the Angles Doesn't Work with Handwraps

Anyone know if this is intended? I recently built a vampire monk and was disappointed when I found out there is no boost to damage when using handwraps. I switched to a bow and Know the Angles worked fine.

So far it's all been player speculation and conjecture, at least as far as I can tell... the silence is deafening!

I did see the thread titled: Devs: Is Strategic Combat (Harper tree) meant to work with unarmed/handwraps?; however, Strategic Combat I (INT to hit) and Strategic Combat II (INT to dmg) work fine on my character with handwraps. I am only having issues with Know the Angles, so I wanted to keep the threads separate. So, if possible, may I get a dev response, please?
