What happens with harper when vip runs out?

Lets say I fall on my head and buy 1 month of vip.
What will happed with toon with AP spent on harper tree on vip expiration?
Will it be locked like premium race/class?
Will harper be availbe until TR?
Will AP be automatically reset?
Will it be deleted?

The devs have stated that the points spent in that tree will be auto-refunded and you can allocate them elsewhere next time you log in on that toon.
