Is the Monster Manual jacked for anyone else?

Just did another Iconic TR and it appears that the Character Deeds in the Monster Manual didn't reset. This is the first time this has happened to me. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this another bad stealth change on Turbines part or just a glitch?

I recall other threads where this happened with ITR. You are not alone, and this is not a new thing. :(

Happened to me once, and ive done a fair share of TRs, so its not common, but does happen.

So far, mine has never reset during ITR. So it's probably just another bug related to iconics.
