game down?

is the game still down? it was supposed to be up by 9am eastern and I am in MST so 6am my time. 8:30 here. not seeing any messages but getting server connection timed out while trying to log in.

It is still on page one even.

I was not happy to have just logged in and to see a message of the server going down in one hour for the infamous Turbine flavored "HOT FIX."

I tried to log in at around 11 am today and couldn't get thru, noticed this same time. just tried to log in after 12 pm noon EST and couldn't get in, new times said between 9am to 2 pm EST, so guess they needed two more hours. Hopefully this isn't pushed any further than 5 hours for this update.
