Making reboots in the morning when people are at work is better than in the evening when they play.

Doing updates, fixes etc.. in the middle of the night makes the most sense. Most games i've played online do them midnight-3am , 1-4am.
When traffic is lowest.

Turbine does not have the staff for that now. This reboot probably messed up the European players the most.

Sounds like the reboot is to fix the login problem some players were having, which was not me.

It looks like this fix is for Infinite Crisis and LoTRO as they were complaining about unable to login.

DDO has a worldwide playerbase, so whatever time period is chosen it is bound to interfere with someone's prime gaming time. I would assume Turbine have the figures available and schedule downtime accordingly

Not my prime gaming time, I checked the ddo traffic site, my times listed were based on ALL servers lowest pop time 2am-8am go look for yourself :)
