Reincarnation question

I took by epic toon and completed several heroic tr's to get the 36 point build and a couple of the ranger past lives. I'm ready to go back to epic when I finish the current heroic TR. The question is, should I TR to Iconic and start at level 15 or just continue on to 28? I'm not sure the iconic past lives are worth it but I don't want to go all the way to 28 and then have to backtrack to 15 for an iconic. I currently do not have any Iconic tr's.

Iconic PLs are like Heroic Class PLs: they're small bonuses that can be nice to have, but aren't needed. If you're asking if you should be an Iconic for your "final life" build, that simply depends on what you're planning to play, and if an Iconic race would be better suited to it than a standard one.
