how do i use my haflings healing on other charis? i have tried tageting but i cant seem to get it to work.

How are you targeting them? Clicking on the character your trying to help (like you would to target a mob or breakable) isn't always solid, I suggest either clicking on their name/health bar in the party UI (that cluster of displays for everyone your partied with, where you see their health & mana pools), or if you prefer hot keys use those.

Function keys F1-F12 targets the first (you) party member and onwards through the rest of the party. Then click the healing dragonmark.

for some reason I thought this was self healing only, surprised you can use this dragonmark on others.
