I think it is good that the option to do a respect is there for epic reincarnation. I also thing there could be a check box to not do it. I get tired of respec'n my character when I don't want to change anything.
Another thing that could happen is to add during the epic reincarnation process the ability to add in your True Heart and just do both the epic and heroic true at the same time. No respec needed. (i.e. last night I had to respec my character before I could true reincarnate. What is the point of that? It is frustrating and a waste of time.)
