This FVS -AoV- Core ability is nice on paper, but incredibly risky and overly situational. My suggestion is to ease up on the health requirement and adjust to balance the power gain accordingly.
It would improve the fun of playing a caster FVS. Maybe, an on-being-hit stack up effect would be more rewarding too, that way we dont need to be almost dead to benefit from the ability.
