Cannot bug report it atm sorry,

Cause: missing the floor levers to activate the dart puzzle states. (after the spike fall area)
Effect: quest cannot be progressed beyond this point.

ps: on a second note, my guild ship is falling apart blank white areas appear instead of the ships model,.. aaand i can move thru the harbor buildings as if they were etheral or something :/. This have not happened before, ever.

Sometimes this kind of thing happens because assets haven't loaded properly on your own system...

The issue the op is describing is not at all like the issue that thread is collecting data on.

A separate thread was the appropriate choice (as well as filling out a bug report when they can)
