Do Epic Raid Tokens still drop on Epic Normal?

So it comes to pass that I need 1 Epic Raid Token... (ok, I know they are called greater tokens of the 12 now), So I run ADQ2 EN duel box solo... victory, but no token on either account. I know I have the correct chest unless multiple chests drop shards, as I got a shard to a useless item. Ok, well, lets try a Chronoscope, EN. Again Victory, again no tokens on either account. Is there something I missed (Chronoscope, I could easily have missed a chest.) or are the tokens now no longer guaranteed on EN?

I didn't see anything when I checked Wiki.

I was pulling one each time I did an EN Chronoscope

If I remember correctly, it's 50% chance on Normal, 75% on Hard and 100% chance on Elite.

Never been a fan of that change. Once upon a time, if you didn't get the item you were hoping for you at least got a token.

Now you can not only not get the item but not get the token either.

My guild rarely runs on Normal, but it's not exactly great for the newer players.
