Soooo, when are we getting flaming, acid, frost, lightning, positive, negative quivers? They don't have to be level 28 items, would actually be better if they were level 1 items. Maybe do 1 fire dmg, or level 14 do 1d4 fire damage to be similar to quiver of poison.

I wouldn't be opposed to more quivers. It's a largely underutilized gear slot, but I'd much rather use what we already have and see the team spend all their resources on fixing real problems.
From what I understand, the team has never invested much time in solving the BTC aspect of quivers. The GH quiver wasn't supposed to be BTCoA, but it was deemed to be too much of an investment to fix the coding based on the relative value of the object. No one was clamoring for an extra few points of poison damage that many enemies were immune to. The epic Quiver of Alacrity was fortuitously a raid item so it was BTCoA naturally, requiring no investment in coding. It's a fantastic item worth farming for. I'd love to see more items like that, but again, I'd rather see resources spent fixing existing problems than adding new junk to the game that may or may not ever get resolved.
I'd like to see quivers play a larger role in the game, and to be something of greater interest for farming, but I can't see DDO making that resource investment after so many years unless it was part of a general game overhaul. Given the more important issues they have on their plate, (the frigging LFM panel has been broken for weeks) I'd rather see development time invested in continuing to resolve the U19 enhancement tree disaster, rather than wasting time on anything else.

Quiver love would be cool. Most of my characters don't even have a standard one so it's an empty slot unless I've farmed a named one. While they're at it though I'd love to see them make some adjustment to how it gathers. I.e. allow you to set it to gather bolts of arrows if you want and not both at the same time.

I want quiver with bonuses for characters not using bows, so we don't have empty gear slot.

Quivers DO have one bonus for non-ranged characters. They keep the accidentally-picked-up-and-then-forgotten arrows and bolts from clogging up the inventory.

In AD&D King Arthur's scabbard could cast heal, as the spell.

Some new quivers would be fun. I wouldn't mind a quiver that did random elemental damage or stat damage effects.

This one is still really, really awesome. The ranged alacrity comes in handy as a melee, for those certain times that you need to kill a monster on a ledge, or when you can't attack an enemy directly. (ADQ2 and Miior come to mind)

Unfortunately, it might be the hardest item to get in the game.
