I am a premium player and spend more money than a vip account costs. Today I went to submit a ticket and my account support was gone it says i don't have permission to use it. Anybody else have this problem and what gives? I have had account support for three years til today.

probably not related but a bad storm just passed thru Boston. My power has been out for hours. If you still lack account support tomorrow, then that is a clear issue

Cool thanks man I'll wait til tomorrow before hitting the turbine trail to get it back. It's a long trail :)

Premiums only receive support for 45 days after they have last spent money in the store so that could be the issue its not based on a total amount.

Wow. I had no idea of that. I would suggest buying something small / cheap in the DDO store with some of your Turbine Points, first. See if that allows you 45 more says of support.
