Sarlona needs help: can't log in or load into quests

New thread with server in the name. Hoping for some love to get the server running right again.

Some people are getting stuck at "Cleaning up old connections".

Others are in game, but cannot load into quests.

Hope we can get a quick fix and get back to it!
