Does it boost cone spells such as burning hands, scorch, coc, etc?
Could be interesting for a sorc.

Enlarge affects max allowed distance between caster and target.
With cones, target is end of your hand.
So no.

The feat you're looking for is Widen Spell...which isn't implemented in DDO.

Yes, enlarge works on the spells you listed and much more. Not sure what the hell the other two guys were thinking about

Because they were thinking right. Enlarge does NOT work on cone spells. Any good caster knows that.
