No more Cargo hold? or am I simply not getting how to use first mate?

Mixed up first and second mates is all move along nothing to see... I swear I can read.

So I went to renew some of the contracts in the cargo hold today got this message:

(Dungeon Master): You can purchase Amenity Contracts from Dubgar, the Second Mate. Double click on one to use it while standing on a hookpoint. It will replace the existing amenity, or add time to it if it is of the same type.

So of course I went to the second mate and I see the contracts, but there is NO get now button. Am I doing something wrong or did they simply not implement the get now and this is the end of the hold?

Talking to the second mate worked for me, so I think you're doing it wrong, hit some weird bugged instance, or just didn't wait out the lag until the Second Mate was truly active.

Did you go to the first mate on top deck ( kobold) or the second mate ( A bugbear) in the cargo hold? The First mate sells the amenities for the hold rooms, the 2nd mate sells the Cargo hold amenities....

I bought some yesterday, as I needed to replace a few expired one, so I know they are still for sale.
