DDO Store connection

I am receiving a white screen that reads "connection rest" when I try to access the DDO Store...anyone know what the issue might be, has been like this several days, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also I am unable to access the in-game help, I receive a white screen and a message that reads "ssl protocol error". I was received an internet explorer error from any links in the launcher. Once I changed my default browser to Chrome, the links worked. I am only able to access the forums through Chrome as well.

Any ideas??

If it is browser related you can try resetting your cookies and deleting temp files.

The store problem has been happening to me intermittently both on my Mac at home and my PC at work. I have no solution, but I just wanted to let you know you're not alone. :-)
