I casted heal with and without the 10% healing amp item... there was no difference. The 20/30% items increased my healing amp... but not the 10%.
This was tested with 2 different items: convalescent bracers of parry with 10% healing amp. and 10% healing amp trinket that comes with PDK gear.
Can someone else test this out? Did some of the new healing amp changes make it into the game with a recent hotfix?
Thanks.

What Destiny are you in and what stance?

I thought it might be destiny... so I switched out of Divine Crusader and went into LD. That was not the problem.
I lost the 10% from divine crusader... trying the 10% healing amp item when in LD... it still did nothing.

Do you have any other 10% sources like Human Racial Enhancement, or 2x Pally PLs?

My 10% gear is working for my healing amp. Some healing amp sources that comes from enhancements stop working upon death, I know that the Healing Amp in the pally tree will stop functioning if you die. A re log will fix it but it is very annoying.
Just a guess - did you have the guildbuff from the House Jorasco Healer Contract (old amenity in cargo hold).
For some reason this buff stacks with the new buf you get from the guild bathhouse.
So it's likely that it's not typed as guild-buff but maybe enhancement buff?
I could test this later, I have some 10% gear.

What? Is this still a thing? This was supposedly fixed with U21. From the U21 release notes:
The increased healing from the Vigor of Life enhancements is no longer sometimes removed upon dying.

Really? Odd. When I talk to the Jorasco Healer, my combat log says:
(Effects): You have multiple effects granting a Guild bonus to Positive Energy Vulnerability that do not stack. ( Bath House and Divine Glory )
I didn't actually test it yet, though.

I didn't actually test it yet, though.Testing is a bit of a PITA since there's no way to remove the new-style guild buffs. At least you can /death away the House Jorasco buff.

I just tested this again... stripped the character down to no items equipped. reset my enhancements (had the PDK healing amp).
Everything seems to be working now. I swear it was NOT working yesterday.

Did some testing too yesterday. 10% equipment stacked fine for me.
And the old House J buff also still stacked for another 10% with everything.
