BF AA Advice please?

Hey all, was wondering if anybody knows a good ranger past life monkcher. I would like the class to be bladeforged, any suggestions are welcome.

11 ranger 6 monk 3 pal if you wan't to dump dex and get IPS for free, does not get combat archery but since it's just for past life it doesnt matter

9 ranger 9 monk 2 pal if you want improved evasion
