LD / cleave

Can anyone tell me if the pally cleave enhancements will cover the prerequisite for lay waste and momentum swing?

Tinkered with this earlier today. I was not able to take momentum swing/lay waste combo when I dropped Cleave and Great Cleave for the KoTC enhancements. Was pretty sad. Then I realized I didn't need LD at all to make a good melee toon anymore (After I solo'ed von 1 on EH and lost my blitz 4 times in one quest I was pretty upset with LD and changed to DD). Was like a life changer. I had to divorce my wife, sell the kids to the black market and buy a vette. All because I played my pally in Divine Disciple. Long story short, Nope.
