base dexterity question

Im a little confused...i got my dex to 15 but i cant take the two weapon fighting feat. can someone explain this to me? this is what i got...

Feats and enhancements:+1(feat)
Items and effects:+2(effect)

Your base dex is 12. Only permanent additions count toward your base score as it relates to feat prerequisites. Tomes and level up points.

For feat prerequisites you can only count: base + tomes + ability increases (each 4 levels) ... so apparently you have 12

Even worse, you need 17 Dex for ITWF and GTWF.

Minimum starting Dex is 13 (with +4 tome) if you want ITWF or GTWF (and these two have to be your level 15,18 feats because the +4 tome doesn't apply until level 15). (assuming you aren't spending level up ability points on Dex).

Ahh good point. But I would consider saving it if it is low level

SWF req's ranks of Balance (7 ranks for GSWF), not Perform.
