Any way to recover a lost Bladforged cosmetic?

I have checked my buy back tab and did not find it there. I know I had the 2 Bladeforge cosmetics on my character on my first Bladeforge life, but now I only have one. Any way to get the second one back?

Are they Exclusive? That might be why you lost one.

Also, since they are btc like you said...why would you ever need two?

two different ones, methinks. The bronze one and the glowy one.

On occasion you can send a ticket in and they will recover lost cosmetics.. Not sure about the free ones but Ive deleted a payed cos one time and had them recover it 2 days later... Another time I lost some eye I got in a roll and they said nothing they can do.. Just depend's on the helper..

Spectvortex or something like that?/ That dudes a G if you can get him.. I normally dont even send tickets cause support is **** but past 2 I had to send he did a incredible job when I KNOW he coulda said nothing I can do about it.

Do you even get the stuff when TRing to Iconic the first time anyway?

At some point, we stopped getting these cosmetics on TR. Even if it's our first time in the race. Kinda annoying.

Last official word I seen was that they now appear in the TR Cashe instead of your inventory when you TR into an Iconic.

They use to but now you dont get any if you TR into the same Iconic, no idea why they stopped it?

The first time yes don't know beyond that
