I hope they fix the druid SWF and TWF bug as they shouldnt be working together but thats not really what you want to hear. I think the build would require testing. In my experience with melee wolf druids (a fair amount) hp has been a very minimal part of the build. +6 str is nice but ive never been able to get my druids str high enough to make it worth it for stunning blow. My current one sits at about 62 str which is really low if you want to use stunning blow. Maybe is comes down to my play style but hp has never been something that I need. I never die by a mob and say i would have survived if i had more hp. It just comes down to me being stupid and testing my luck of not getting hit. If you really want to make use of SWF and TWF in a build try the 8dru/6mnk/6ranger build. It is posted in the druid forums somewhere.
EDIT: attack speed would be higher if you used the natures warrior tree's fatal harrier for 25% attack speed boost.

with 8 druid 6 monk 6 ranger build you cant have 3x natural fighting, you can only have 10% offhand from shintao tree, witch is lower attack speed,i think fatal harier is solo skill, in group is very hard stack it to full and doesnt stack with haste. More survivabiity from stalwart make you more tank, witch i prefer over some small dps.No need stuning blow, balanced attacks proc often and with deception mob is always disoriented or stunned.( 1x deception from item and 1x from harper tree) i test build on lamania and worked very well, but harper tree is quite buged right now.

I post this in almost all builds that have it; toughness is worthless and so is epic toughness. I think you'll already have a problem with self healing as much hp as your going to get from stalwart defense. Your limited on healing with 9 druid to cocoon and vigor which doesn't heal very much. With 6 ranger you get Twf and itwf for free and you also take gtwf which is 60% more offhand strike which is better then 18% doublestrike. And at least once u23 hits you will def have room to take 2x Nat fight seeing as there will be no reason for cleave and great cleave.

i make little change where i going from level 9 druid to 13 druid and get regenerate as another source of heal.
Can you explain how can you get 3x natural fighting in 8 6 6 build? NF prerequisite is druid level 9. this build have more dps, survivability and self heal then 8 6 6 build. And of course, faun have 100 % offhand proc.

Relying on TWF for a Druid shapeshifter build is basically asking for trouble when they fix that oversight.

Then again, relying on an obvious oversight for any build is asking for your build to be made useless when said build is fixed.

Not to mention it's just in poor taste :)

With only 4 fighter you can't take stalwart defense. I suggest a 9druid/6fighter/5ranger, only thing you lose is a spell.

In U23, stalwart defense is the 2nd tree core and so it requires fighter lv3.

So what would be your layout for Fighter, Ranger, Druid? I'm just curious since i would like to try out this build. I can figure out the feats and everything else. But, when it comes to taking what class and what lvl is where I fall a little short. lol any help would be great!

I'd say 11drd / 6rgr / 3ftr. You get access to natural fighting, 6th level spells, TWF/ITWF, ram's might, +10% offhand attacks, 2 fighter bonus feats and access to defensive stance and +6 str. You can take tempest T5 for Dance of Death, so you don't need Cleave and Great Cleave.

If you feel you're short on feats, go 10/6/4.

Not saying this is optimal leveling order or anything; just taking mezzorco's split out for a spin to make sure everything fits. :)

Anyway maybe 10/6/4 is a better rounded build. I'd take Precision over Power attack, though.

Problem with 11/6/3 is that you cant get stalwart2 stance and speed bonus, you want to be first in fight, and without good movement speed it cant be done.

You already get +15% speed bonus from winter wolf, don't know if another 10% is better than level 6 spells.
I mean, monks and bards will be faster than you anyway...

yes, of course, but some speedbonus is very helpfull. Other that, i recalculate dps through basic math and dps of this build is very high, like 50% better then pure thf paladin, whitch is huge, maybe druid designer would be start thinking about nerf. If would have better dps about 10-15%, its ok, but 50-60% , it starting be overpowered.
