Instakill for DWS

This needs to be added to the DWS tree, maybe at lvl12 where most of the other instakills are. They are the ultimate snipers without an actual sniper shot. Here is an idea:

SniperShot: Make a ranged attack with a chance to instantly kill a target. DC: (20 + Ranger lvl + Dex mod). Requirement: you should not have aggro of the target.

It should use your Hide skill instead of DEX =D
Better, it should use your Hide skill PLUS your DEX.
And the distance to your target (in meters, feet, whatever) should be added to the DC.

And if you perform this attack while sneaking it won't break sneak and won't miss on a 1.
