Lesser TR to any iconic can any race LTR to any iconic

How does it work to Lesser Tr to iconic then dont seem to have a race can any race Lesser TR to any iconic. Blade Forged is clear cut it a Warforged so I would think U would have to be a warforged to tr to a blade forged

So is there a iconic guide someplace?

You can't switch race with a lesser. As simple as that.
If you character is level 20 or above use a true Druid heart of wood and start as iconic at level 15.

so what race or some of the iconics one i pick a iconic in the planner it dont really tell what race they are I mean the warforged is obvious one is a high elf not really a elf or is it so waht race to have to be for each iconic.

I know you can't change races but this iconics seem to race and a class all in one that was what confuses me

Yeah, you can't change race or change into or out of iconics with a Lesser Reincarnation.

Yes, Iconics are sort of a race-class combo, but for LR purposes, treat them as a separate race. In a way, they are. PDKs are Forgotten Realms humans, and "Humans" are Ebberon Humans. Morninglords are Forgotten Realms Elves, while "Elves" are Ebberon Elves. Shadar-Kai are from a different plane of existance. Bladeforged are Ebberon, but still, for LR purposes, they are a separate race than Warforged.
