So yeah - time for another amateur building post.

Goal: Recreate the Kensei War-priest build with evasion using PDK and Monk

I likely made many mistakes but this is where my best thinking got me at this point - I would like to be set straight and advised on how to improve this build attempt. I think I have considered reasons for each and every choice I made so question me on my thinking and I'll try to explain my reasoning. I punted on skill point dist.

I tested this build using level 15 PDK on an off server and ran her through a few quests, including the free lordsmarch quests on hard difficulty and she seems viable. If I made one on my main server i would probably drop the PDK and roll from level 7 picking up Sovereign Host deity and maybe Passage dragonmark - so some feat and leveling alternatives would be needed. However my goal was to make a iconic PDK 15 ready for Wheloon content so many choices are built around that.

So? Where did I go wrong?

I'm struggling to see the point of 9th cleric
9th level nets you 2* level 5 spells + mass cure light wounds. As you're not going to have any real DC's to speak of, the likely choices would be protection from elements and Divine punishment (true seeing seems pointless since you can scroll it with no umd check

All round the build seems to fall a bit short, you're obviously taking 8 fighter to be centred with kensai weapons, which in turn precludes you from taking radiant servants healing aura.
You have evasion, but the build has low dex and poor save progression.
You don't have access to heal, meaning in epics with your small SP pool you're quite likely to pick up empower heal.

I could have seen the point to this as a heroic self healing fighter pastlife (9fighter/8cleric) but in epic levels this builds lack of focus is rather telling, deathward becomes available via potions, healing is covered via rejuv cocoon. FOM is the hardest spell left on your spell list to replace, but if you could manage to justify dropping fom, you could start considering an 8fighter/6monk/6cleric build, which will give you adept of forms free, +5% movement speed and access to the powerful shadowfade enhancement for 11ap.

Further along those lines, I see fom as being nice, but not as nice as getting charisma to my saves. 8fighter/6paladin/6monk would have a much better reflex save, retain divine might, still qualify for empower heal and would be a more focused epic build

I think you've done a good job on prioritizing your feats, but imo the build itself lacks focus. I'd either advise picking up enough cleric levels to get the heal spell, or go no further than 4 cleric levels (ameliorating strike) on a build that's spending most of it's time in epics.

Yeah - I wasn't very clear, when I said "ready for Wheloon content" I didn't mean epics, I meant Wheloon level 15 to 20+druids deep+high road. My plan is to solo to 20 and take a cleric past LF.

gotcha, well just be aware, that if you do decide to stick with iconic they actually have to be leveled up to 28.

As for doing this in order to get a cleric pastlife, I think it would be a lot easier to level it up with blade barrier. But if you want a melee build it looks good.
