3 levels of rogue for evasion and traps, 17 druid and wisdom and bonuses should give lots of crowd control and healing. if you're worried about the DC loss from missing the capstone, you could always take one level of monk and go into water stance. being able to trap is always helpful, particularly in places like VON5 and Haunted Halls...crowd control is always helpful and healing can always help. thoughts? i passed on heighten, probably could tkae druid first level instead and grab heighten instead of toughness, or get rid of mental toughness but i like the added SP.

I'd probably take something other than Toughness for a level 1 feat. Toughness doesn't scale all that well IMO.

that was the problem with taking a human rogue as level one...wasn't sure what else i could fit in? i was unable to take any of the magic feats...maybe i'd have to sacrifice some skill points and take druid level one

I wouldn't sacrifice the skill points. There's literally no feat that you'd like? I'm rather partial to a dragonmark feat personally, if only because Passage and Sentinel are pretty solid, and the SLAs scale with character level.

Weapon Finesse is ok, though you'll be focusing as a caster it gives you some to-hit for when spells aren't your solution. And there's always Nimble Fingers if you just want extra utility. I'd take any of them over Toughness, if only because toughness works out to like +3% HP.

I don't see a 9th level feat listed. Maximize and Empower are higher priority than Empower Heal and MT. You need to take quicken much sooner, no later than 9th level imo. Toughness is great if you're going into epic levels and want to take Epic Toughness. If you're just doing this for a heroic PL then Toughness is less of a priority. No real need for wand and scroll mastery. Also would not bother with Nature's Warden. I don't see Springs Resurgence or Crown of Summer on your enhancement list. Those are both awesome. Take fire ele form first so you can use Body of the Sun during teen levels and pwn everything with it. Take water ele at 19. Replace Improved Meta: Quicken with IM:Maximize.

Completely unbeknownst to me that you wrote this, I redid Llewndyn to be a 2 rogue/ 18 druid, and my rogueificating stuff is pretty decent (69 search, 67 spot for some reason, 68 DD, put the rest of my points into concentration, heal and Spellcraft), and it was a noticeable change from my 15/ 5 druid monk build RE: melee DPS, but the added stuff for spells was worth it I think. I didn't hit FoD every time, though I'm sure once I throw on a better WIS item than what I currently have I might be able to land it more than 65% of the time in EH, but I haven't had any issues with trapping and the evasion is just that, so...

I'm going to see if I can throw enough enhancements into the animal form tree to get semi useful melee abilities out of winter wolf, but tonight I'm going to try water elemental and see if I can get somewhere there. bracers of twisting shade had helped a lot, and starting with 10 STR I'm at 34 before buffs or anything, so the burdened issue I had all the dang time as a monk is gone, now that it's no longer needed ;)

Season's Herald just looks like a tired tree. I'm hoping to see some difference since I spent so many points in it, but a lot of it seems tailor made to... make other semi decent, at the cost of me wasting all my points. Not a fan. I'm trying to take a long range view of it though.

with water ele form, make sure to use mantle of the icy soul and earthquake, best CC in the game.

As for the OP, What does rogue 3 give you that's better than a storm of vengeance SLA?
