Lost ability to store stuff in guild chest and shared bank

I pulled thunderforged ingredients out of my guild chest and could not put them back.
I also could not place them in my shared bank account.

Now I have important items stuck on one toon.

I also like to keep augment tools in my shared bank. Once I pulled them out, I am no longer able to put them back.

I have looked in the known issues list and didn't see it listed. I also looked at the previous release notes and did not see it listed there either.

Is this a bug, or WAI.

What you have is a stack of items. This I will call Stack A.
Split this into two stacks (A and B) using ctrl drag as per usual making the B stack all but one and leaving 1 in the original stack.
What you now have is Stack A (in the original position, 1 item deep), and Stack B (in a different position, with all but 1 item in it).
Now combine stack A onto stack B.
