Will items like this will be treated manually someday?

I like the action boost component on it, and could craft this item, but seriously lacking for a lvl20 option. Like any sands item, it is not trivial to make.

Suggestions:

Wizardry -> Archmagi
Devotion 54 -> +90
colorless + another yellow slot

UPDATE: Ok, i just seen an image of a heroic version, and it has better stats already, it could be so that the DDOWiki image is in fact dated, anyone can help out with a fresh image? :D

I am under the impression that they didn't change epic sand items, only heroic items. Also they didn't change any old raid items. The reasoning was 'so you don't have to farm them again'. The result was nearly all old raid items being obsolete when compared to the majority of updated quest items.

The epic version on the wiki is correct and quite as bad as advertised.
