Thank you for updating the known issues list!
Any chance this will be fixed in Update 23?
You're already boosting Melee damage a huge amount in this update, with no stated boosts to any forms of ranged/thrown damage through Ranged Power which you state you aren't using this update.
This is a mistake! Outside of Fury, there us no good Ranged Epic Destiny! All destinies currently are badly in need of Ranged Power.
There are incorrect:
-The Halfling rogue enhancement Master Thrower and the feat Improved Critical: Thrown Weapons both increase the critical threat range of thrown weapons.Their current descriptions imply that they should stack together, but currently they do not stack.
These stack just fine.
-The Ninja Spy's Ninja Master enhancement is not providing its +2 Competence bonus to the Critical Threat Range of shurikens.
This works just fine.
But what you need to add is:
New-Swashbuckler stance gives +2 Crit Threat to throwers, but it does not apply the +1 Crit Multiplier.
New-Blow by Blow does not work with Ranged
Can we please get confirmation? Also, will it get scheduled to be fixed? Working on some builds that aren't viable without this being fixed. Thanks.

I've also thrown in at least one bug report that Sting of the Ninja from the Ninja Spy enhancement is not applying Ninja Poison from shurikens (broken since U21 or so). Poison application was broken with piercing/slashing weapons in U22 but now seems fixed by U22.2 (thanks).

I get +1 crit mult on my Nightforge Spike while Swashbuckling.
double check the damage, the display can be broken. it is for shuriken

I'll have to check again, but this was working fine on my swashbuckler last friday(after patch). Normal damage of 20 with crits of 60.

Bump for you OP.
.. I really hope they will fix it along with "Implosion". I hate to say this OP, but many of us reported a bug and there are several threads about in game bugs, similar to yours.. Devs never replied nor fixed it... It's been a year and 6 month, they didn't fix implosion, consume, and now this.. I'm just curious how hard it's for developers to reply. Anyways, I hope this will get fixed asap.

oh im quite familiar with Consume not working. I love Shadow Dancer but I hate that it's busted that way

Might as well also add that Ninja Poison is not working with Named Shurikens. Would love a comment on that as well.
Received a message from Cordovan last night about Swashbuckler/Throwers so at least they're aware of it.

Bump for update to known issues, and plea for fixing of the multiplier and explanation on the lack of Ranged Power!
No more Blitzing with Ranged/Thrown? That's terrible! Now Ranged characters can only run in Fury of the Wild, and Throwers should really only run in Shiradi.
This is very limiting! Please consider adding Ranged Power to all of the underused Destinies along with Melee power!

Why do you think noone should blitz with ranged/thrown anymore? On Lamannia Blitzing provides Ranged Power and it is working fine with ranged/thrown. It gives up to 10 stacks of 10 Ranged Power each and because you have a 10% chance to get a stack On Hit, the higher number of attacks of throwers and ranged chars in 10k and Manyshot with IPS makes it even easier for ranged/thrown builds to accumulate 10 stacks and keep them up constantly than it is for melee builds (or at least as easy when considering Cleaves vs. hordes of trash mobs).
The Devs already said that they want a more thorough discussion on ranged power before introducing it fully so it is just delayed because U23 focuses on melee builds first.
Also with Tier 2/3 Thunderforged on-crit effects and undead everywhere i find running in Divine Crusader quite powerful especially against red nameds.
But i agree the other bugs should be fixed or at least put on the known issues list.

I think that stars should be viable weapons of dps, provided that we are throwing them at a boss named Butters.

Higher base damage also means higher crit damage and since DEX based builds can now easily get Overwhelming Critical Blitz gives a considerable boost to ranged and thrown builds.

Because it wasnt in the release notes that ranged power was being added anywhere.
Im not arguing you cant enjoy DIvine Crusader throwing/with a bow/xbow, but what about fatesinger? What about DI? Magister?
My point is, off ED leveling is just as terrible for non-melee as it is for melee. Ditto for spell casting.
