Matching enhancements from an old build to the new enhancement trees

I started my Druid before the new enhancement trees were in place and so I used a build I found on the forums. Since the new trees came out, I have been able to largely recreate the build using the new system. However, I can't figure out how to recreate the old enhancements Waxing Life, Zenith of Life and Eminence of Life. Any ideas?

Closest you can come is picking up some Positive Spellpower from NW; Wax & Wane will boost your Pos crit chance while in Summer season - use Season's Greetings if you wish to specialize in one season.
