Any experts out there figure out a way to play DDO in windowed borderless mode at 1920x1080? (desktop #1920x1080)
I have been experimenting with this by using a combination of two apps - one dedicated to fully hiding the taskbar in Windows 7.1 and the other to remove the window border while DDO is running in windowed mode.
Works perfectly except - the resolution in the border removal app must be set to 1920x1040 in order for mouse positioning to work correctly in-game. This means that there are 40 pixels at the bottom of the screen actually displaying the desktop behind the DDO game window
Otherwise, at 1920x1080, the DDO game window takes up the entire screen as expected, but the mouse is misaligned in-game making it impossible to use the hotbar icons. At this resolution, the mouse must be placed North of the actual hotbar/icon being selected to properly register the mouse-over.
Wondering if any enterprising individuals have been able to overcome this apparent limitation.
