Keep the 1,000 Turbine Points, the iconic hero, the extra character slot and the tomes. Can we get a basic Shadowfell Conspiracy expansion in the DDO Store that only offers the new content at a steep discount after removing all of the other unwanted "extras"?

DDO Store: Shadowfell Conspiracy Standard Pack 2495 TP.

Unless you're talking about DDO Market.

No. I'm talking about a new BASIC Shadowfell Conspiracy pack that just offers the new content. The Standard pack offers the new content, 1,000 Turbine Points, an Iconic hero, 1 Character Slot, 1 Lesser Tome and +1 Skill Tomes for all characters. I don't care about any of the extra stuff and only looking for access to the new area and the quests within it.

If they add a basic version, it won't be a "steep" discount. More likely it'd be $20 in the market or 2000 TP in the store.

Even though the math doesn't add up, you may be right. Greed may very well trump common sense.

I can still hope for a Basic pack or at least a Black Friday 75% Off sale on the Standard pack in the DDO Store. I don't mind waiting so much as paying for extras that I really have no interest in.

It would be nice if they were to sell the packs separately too,
I dont find a "prison theme" very epic or attractive to play in, sure it is a RPG must have eventually like caves, tombs, and the sewers :D.

I like the idea of Storm Horn Mountains, i would love to get that part separately.

I am not sure if this makes sense or not. It is a preference thing, i got the necro 1-3 packs too, but i have like 2-3 play thrus, didnt really expect more since i dont favor necro theme either. Sands, Vons, Vale, playing it a lot, i like the theme, same for Phiarlian carnival, Fens and the Plaza chain. I also like Menace of the Underdark quest, especially the underdark, they have an epic feel to them.

Just looking to get the content. I have 2 kids playing the game, and would really appreciate even a 20 dollar price tag just for the content. I can't get guest passes for it, so... yeah... I've bought the MotD for both of them, and most of the packs, so it's not that I am against spending money, just throwing large chunks against the wall for stuff that won't get used is lame.

The Standard pack on the ddo store says that it offers the adventure packs + purple dragon knight iconic. I am pretty sure that the rest of that stuff was already removed from the bundle when they put it on the ddo store.

The rest of that stuff has always been part of the DDO Market purchase, and still is today.

The current $30 Shadowfell deal is listed here (http://store.turbine.com/store/turbine/en_US/pd/ThemeID.29252200/productID.280984100/categoryID.58516100), and is the same as it was launch day. Even the nice bonus of allowing you to then add the $35 MotU bundle (also with all the same perks as during its launch) for half price.

I think he's talking about the bundle available for turbine points in the DDO store not the market. I haven't looked at the details on that.

In that case, RedHost was right.
