They won't fix the KotC capstone prior to this redux of the class.

U23 is going to bring pali changes. So probably then. U22 hit last month, so u23 will probably land in September.

Which capstone btw?

With kotc cap any weapon we equip is supposed to be good in terms of breaking dr. It hasn't been working for some time. It bugs me I'm going to need to fill the red slots with good augs instead of dps augs/devotion.

That DR breaking for pure paladins has been broken since pre-MOTU, so it's been that way well over two years.

As someone mentioned, paladins are being "fixed" for the next update, so don't expect anything until Epic Necro4 is released.

I am aware I would just really like a dev to come out and say yes it will be fixed with necro update. I am worried it won't be or they will change the capstone because they can't fix it for some reason.

They generally don't so that, in my experience.

They acknowledged that it was broken and put in on the known issues list about 6 mos ago maybe (as Oradafu noted, it's probably been broken for 2+ years). That has often been an indicator that while they admit it's broken they aren't or can't do anything about it. That isn't always true. As Blessed Blades exists and functions in the Divine Crusader ED, I'd guess that won't is more likely than can't, btw. At any rate, the coming changes to Pally will likely address the issue in some wise, imo anyway.
