Guild Ship Amenities Have Disappeared and no Hookpoint Permissions

Logged in a few minutes ago on Khyber and Kraken ship is missing ALL amenities and get an error when attempting to activate hookpoints saying no permission, but have permission. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Tried relogging; made no difference.

This happens occasionally. It's a bugged ship instance. Getting a fresh instance fixes it.
