U22.2 Iced Edges and Northwind not working [Warchanter]

A few different threads are reporting that Iced Edges and Northwind are not working. I have tested these enhancements myself and I encountered the same problem.

Tested myself and submitted bug. I like the new enhancements, as a primary Swashbuckler the choice to go Skald Constitution is a nice change and doesn't feel like a wasted AP. However, you are correct and both Northwind and Iced Edges are not working. There does seem to be a "charged" sound when I roll a vorpal strike but no save is being made by the target and it never freezes. The charge immediately vanishes. I have only been able to hear this sound when there is no other vorpal effect being triggered.

Did you realize that Iced Edges is stance. Drag it to hotbar and turn it on. It works perfectly fine with so cannot sign that it is bugged.

I did realize that. I also turned off my other stances, to no avail.

Hmm then gotta admit that it is bugged. Oh well.

Strange to say it was working after I took the enhancement. But afterwards, either from resting or leaving a dungeon/wilderness/logging out. It all stopped working...No matter what I cannot get it to work again. I've tried toggling on/off multiple times.
