Completed a Saga, didn't receive my reward

I just completed the Sage: Menace of the Underdark (epic) and claimed my reward (experience) and I did not receive the experience I selected from the reward. I claimed the Hard reward after skipping one quest as VIP, I then received the end reward list from which I choose the XP. The Saga reset but the amount of XP my character did not change.
*Edit* Found the Experience in my inventory, something that never happened before

Sometimes even the devs don't know whether it is a feature or a bug until they review the requirements specifications. For all we know, it is a feature to make things more convenient. :)

Seems like a change for all the people who chain TR.....take all the saga xp stones. TR to level one then use the stoens to gain hundreds of thousands of xp to hit level 8 to 10. Haven't people asked for something like this?

given the fun and games with xp stones, I doubt its intentional that they can be taken.

I assumed the original method was intended specifically to stop people being able to run around with them ^^

These are btc and cannot be sold, traded or banked.

I suppose the means they cannot used after a TR as they cannot hopefully go into the reinc cache (its a sort of bank).

I suppose this means they can be used after an epic TR though - and if thats the case I consider this a very welcome feature. Sure, I could bank the completions before as well but this opens some new options for epic TR where you can bank the tokens and redo some quests in Sagas before you epic TR.

Unless there are compelling reasons not to I hope that change gets promoted to WAI.

The stones can not be banked. They can only exist in your inventory. So you could complete sagas and save them for a heroic or epic TR. Seems like turbine throwing everyone who chain TRs a bone to me.

Its funny that people jump to its a bug and is bad.....seems like a good feature to me.

Also since they are stuck in your inventory (not bankable) its unlikely anyone can do unintended things with them.

Because your inventory is supposed to dump into tr cache when you heroic tr. This could be the source of some duping.

Several reasons it almost has to be a bug.

It's a huge change, it probably would have been mentioned in the release notes, or somewhere.

It would come pretty close to making heroic otto's stones obsolete.
