getting charged for first ship naming

Says it is 18 AS to give ship a name. Release notes say first ship name to be free. Not the case at the moment.

yep we get this also, and when guildie tried to pay we got: (Admin): Failed to rename, it could be not allowed or the guild doesnt own that ship.
