Update 22 patch 2 pure Warchanter help

I think you know warchanter will be revised in next patch (details here: https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/444997-Lamannia-Update-22-Patch-2-Preview-is-now-available! ).

I'm going to TR my fighter in a bard, but I'm not entirely sure about how to build it:

Half-orc, pure bard THF, 34pt

Stats:
20 STR (ability increases here)
10 DEX
16 CON
6 INT
8 WIS
12 CHA

Skills: concentration, heal, perform, umd, starting from lvl 7 haggle

Heroic feats (not in order): Power Attack, Cleave, Great Cleave, IC: Slashing, Maximize, Quicken, Extend
Fatesinger ED.

1. What do you think about stat distribution? I could dump dex to 8 and raise int to 10...main reason for 10 dex is +1 ref, but I don't see any other useful skill...
...maybe should I go 8 dex 13 cha? I should be able to even it out eventually and it could provide +1 Frozen Fury DC (I'm aiming at good cold line DC)
Another stat distribution could be 18 10 16 8 8 14...I'm very concerned about stat distr, help :(
2. Is it ok to max out concentration? I will be in the thick of things so cures will be quickened, but scrolls could be interrupted by arrows...is my skill selection good all in all?
3. I took maximize over Emp Healing because I'm planning to use it with spellsinger SLAs (mainly sonic dot), and cures can benefit from both (I won't have heal spell). Should I take both? Is my feat selection good all in all?

Have you already crafted a bunch of THF super-weapons? If not, then I say you really should be SWF instead of THF. Even if you don't get any SWF feats, it's still probably better.

Well, SWF will be better you're right, but it just doesn't make me feel like a warchanter nordic orc :P
Plus, I'm aiming at Brutality: When using a two handed weapon, you deal an additional 20% damage to helpless opponents.
Coupled with Frozen Fury, Northwind, Spinning Ice and Otto's Irresistible Dance (and obviously Sense Weakness), it should make THF at least a viable alternative to SWF, I hope.

If not, I can always switch to SWF in itinere, I'm not going to take any THF feats anyway ;)
