Alchemical buckler

Alchemical buckler is awesome! Except there doesn't exist one? Shield fragment buckler is also amazing... oh yeah, right that doesn't have one too. So, make one of the shield fragments shields a buckler (yes, talon would be the best thank you it's the melee one) and make an alchemical buckler drop as well.

We definitely need more good buckler options than the 3 we currently have to choose from. Alchemical and shield fragment turn ins are obvious ways to provide them.

Any buckler would have to be pretty amazing to make me give up guardbreaking. I'll probably be using epic swashbuckler at lvl 28 still on the one character I have that uses a buckler and melees.
That being said, it would be nice to see some bucklers that are good for casters - and on a side note, I wish they'd bring back red aug slots on lootgen shields - not that the blue aug slots are bad, but it would be nice if both dropped.
